Boneset
In the 1918 flu pandemic, the US government subsidized Boneset tincture so everyone had access to this incredible immune-boosting medicine. Native to the Northeast and easy to grow, Boneset is a gorgeous plant, often 5+ feet tall, attracting butterflies and native pollinators to her white August blooms. We sow Boneset in soil blocks, as wild plants prefer, about 6 weeks before final frost to transplant out after final frost.
