Friends, rather than selling and shipping seeds, we now share seeds as an embodied gift practice. Learn how to receive seeds from us & here are our FAQs.
Homegrown celery is one of our favorite vegetables of all time, so delicious and utterly unlike anything from a grocery store. Celery is quite challenging to grow in short seasons, requiring lots of water and fertility to be abundant and flavorful. At Fruition Seeds, here in Zone 5, we sow celery in mid-April on heat mats (soil blocks are our go-to) and transplanted out in mid-May. Be sure to feed your organic celery with nutrient-dense compostas well as fish emulsionfor an abundant harvest throughout the summer and into the fall, when flavor and tenderness are in their prime.
