Fennel
Fennel thrives in the cool of late spring and early summer as well as fall, quickly bolting in the heat of summer here at Fruition Seeds. Growing about 2' tall with delectably feathery foliage above each lusciously crisp above-ground bulb, full of delicate anise flavor, we sow organic fennel seeds in soil blocks about one month before final frost to transplant into our gardens after final frost as well as late summer.
