25 days to baby leaf harvest Various species

Our favorite salad mix, a glorious mix of diverse greens and herbs is inspired by the salads of Southern France! You’ll harvest five diverse lettuces, three delicate herbs (dill, chervil & cress) and six flavorful greens (including arugula) for salads all spring, summer & fall. At Fruition, we sow Salad in Provence Mix every two weeks for constant harvesting and consistently harvest three cuttings.

Season extension makes all the difference! In September 2015 we sowed Salad in Provence in our high tunnel, enjoying her all fall and her re-growth was vigorous enough that we shared our fourth harvest on New Year’s Eve. High tunnels aside, even under hoops and floating row cover we’re easily savoring two cuttings of Salad in Provence well into December when sown in September, as well.

Would you love to receive these seeds? Rather than selling and shipping, we share seeds as an embodied gift practice.
