Friends, rather than selling and shipping seeds, we now share seeds as an embodied gift practice. Learn how to receive seeds from us & here are our FAQs.
We absolutely love this miniature Shanghai Green Pac Choy, so buttery and so mild. Shanghai Green is delightfully petite with succulent stems and melt-in-your-mouth leaves thriving in all seasons, even well into winter. Just a few weeks after sowing Shanghai Green you’re harvesting them and they hold for several weeks in your garden, especially in cool seasons. Whether raw in salads, steamed with garlic or sauteed in a stir-fry, we are endlessly grateful for the abundance, versatility, beauty and deliciousness of Shanghai Green.
