Description

This is the most cold-hardy mesclun mix we’ve ever seen, nourishing as well as inspiring us all winter long, even uncovered in our garden! Each of the diverse greens in our Organic Winter Green Mesclun Mix grows and regrows quickly in cold temperatures for multiple harvests when other greens are shutting down for the season.

Sow in early September for harvests past snowfall and increase your harvests with protective cold frames or row fabric. Sow in October to overwinter the young plants for harvest once the snow melts in the spring. Winter Green Mesclun Mix is also a great choice for growing microgreens and baby greens indoors throughout the winter. The extra protection of hoops and floating row cover will surround you with even more abundance. Enjoy every bite!
