95 days to harvest Solanum tuberosum

So creamy, buttery and luscious no matter how cooked, we love organic German Butterball potato. Resistance to scab as well as late blight makes her an extraordinarily abundant late-season potato, as well.

Best potatoes that I have ever grown! From the one 2lb order, we harvested 15 & 1/2lbs of these lovely tubers, grown in 15gallon grow bags. They cured easily and are safely stored for use throughout the coming months. This is the texture and flavor I prefer in a potato, too. We have a new go-to potato for future gardening!

There is a direct relationship between the quantity and quality of nutrients your potatoes receive and the quantity and quality of potatoes you harvest. Incorporating compost as well as well-balanced, organic slow-release fertilizer prior to planting is ideal & once potatoes are one foot tall, we foliar feed them with fish and kelp emulsion or compost tea every two weeks.
